Located on the ocean, the Beach House features five wonderful rooms, each unique and offering different views. Warm woods of red oak and heart of pine floors and cypress walls enrich each of the spacious king rooms and suites in the Beach House. Select from the Surfside Suite and Sand Dollar on the first floor, or Sea Breeze, Island Oasis Suite and Royal Palm on the second floor. Surfside Suite is on the oceanside of the Beach House, overlooking the dunes and ocean beyond, with a private entrance. The three rooms on the second floor enjoy views of the spectacular sandy beach.

Our Cottage is located just behind the oceanfront Beach House. The casually elegant Cottage rooms and suites feature an upscale coastal theme of calming colors and luxurious bedding of 300 thread count sheets. Each of the three cottage rooms has a refrigerator, coffee maker and private bathroom. Select from Sail Away, Windjammer Suite, and Lighthouse and enjoy a private entrance.

While the Cottage rooms are not ocean view, the property is direct oceanfront and the spectacular views from the Verandah, heated pool and Jacuzzi are enjoyed by all of our guests.

• Rates are subject to change. A two or three night minimum may be required on weekends, holidays or special events.
• You may cancel your reservation up to 7 days in advance, otherwise 1 night will be charged.
• Check-in is from 3pm - 8pm. Check-in at our sister property: La Fiesta Ocean Inn & Suites, located next to Beachfront Bed & Breakfast on A1A Beach Boulevard.
• All rates are based on double occupancy.
• We are an adult romantic getaway - no children. No pets are permitted. Smoking is permitted in outside areas.
• One parking space is reserved for each guest. Due to limited parking and in consideration of other guests, no visitors please.
